This very heavy duty frame drops into place onto either, or both ends of the Cavalier and Caterer models. It will not fit into Clubman/Hotelier model range.

Each Pan Support is designed to accept two full-size (1/1) 100mm standard Gastronorm containers, supplied separately.

One container is suspended over the grilling surface, serving as a bain marie for holding barbecued meat, or for holding kitchen prepared food. The second container overhangs, and creates useable space for hygienic storage of sauces, alchohol wipes or utensils when covered with a lid.


This catering quality aluminium griddle plate fits to any model, covering one half of a double grill, and all of a single grill. It will cook sausages, bacon, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes, and will slide to either side of the Caterer or Hotelier models, cleaning the grill by reflected heat as it goes.

The Sliding Griddle is perfectly sized to fit with a Pan Support accessory at either end of the Caterer model. This will transform all, or part, of your barbecue to a flame-free buffet foodservice unit.


A marine quality fabric cover is available, in blue or green. This gives temporary weather protection outdoors, and serves as a dust cover for longer term storage indoors.


Gastronorm containers are manufactured to a European standard size, and will be available separately from your distributor. Our pan support accessory suits two full size (1/1) 100mm deep containers, and our Hog'roast suits full size (1/1) containers of any available depth.
